The delivery time depends on various factors, such as processing time, shipping method, and location. After placing an order, we require 2 to 5 business days to process and prepare it for shipment. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time can range from 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location. In rare cases, orders can take up to 30 days to be delivered.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. Please refer to our Returns Policy page on our website for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return and any specific requirements or limitations.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. Our team will assist you in updating the shipping address. It’s important to note that once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website.

We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Due to order fulfillment and size constraints, your items may arrive in separate packages. You will receive a tracking number for each package shipped.
